Product design with Simon Dupety : Mae lamps.
Originally designed as a flat piece of leather to fold in on itself, Simon challenged Tom to re-adapt its lights.
The aim was to find alternate noble material offering translucent and flexible characteristics. A number of trials later the right type of wooden sheet was found to be bent into this shape.
